full description & details:

Attend a free presentation by Steve Robbins as he's videotaped for a new HR training video. Dr. Robbins is an author and highly sought-after national resource on issues of diversity, inclusion and cultural competence.

Dr. Robbins will introduce Unintentional Intolerance - the manner in which nice, well-meaning people go about potentially excluding others, even when they want to include them. He says that research and experience tell us that we all have biases that we are often unaware of, or think little about. And these biases influence our decision-making, behaviors and attributions of others on a daily basis. Could we be making "bad" decisions and engaging in exclusive behavior without knowing? The answer is, "Yes"

Attendance is free, but reservations are required. Must be over 18 years old. Please email or call 206-295-1162 to reserve a seat (must rsvp before Feb 9th). More info here: www.ouch-video.com/robbins
