Arts & Social Change is a regional symposium for arts administrators, artists, social service professionals, government staff, and community leaders to address the role that the arts can play in creating awareness, inspiring understanding and developing policies to address social change.

You are invited to join 4Culture, the Seattle Office of Arts and Cultural Affairs, the Washington State Arts Commission, Seattle Center and the Seattle Office of Civil Rights for a special gathering this October 2012.
Arts & Social Change, a regional symposium for arts administrators, artists, social service professionals, government representatives, and social justice leaders from around the Pacific Northwest will take place at Seattle Center in Seattle, Washington October 12-13. We will address the role that diverse arts play in creating awareness, inspiring understanding and developing policies to address cultural equity and social change.
The two-day event includes national keynote speakers, illuminating and participatory workshops, and dynamic performances. Take advantage of networking opportunities for our diverse participants to meet, share experiences and challenges, and collaborate on agendas for change.
